With 30 years of law enforcement experience — including service as a Detective Corporal with the Jamaica Constabulary Force and as a Community Services Officer with the Sanford Police Department — Steve brings field-hardened operational expertise to every client engagement. He holds OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification, multiple FEMA ICS certifications, and has received 13 formal commendations and awards throughout his career.

Steve leads all operational risk assessments, incident documentation engagements, OSHA compliance reviews, and executive consulting services for Veridian Risk Group.

Director — Fleet Operations

Skeeter brings 25+ years of fleet operations and logistics experience to Veridian Risk Group. Her background includes oversight of emergency vehicle operations, fleet compliance coordination, and administrative and safety operations management. She has developed practical expertise in DOT/FMCSA compliance, driver qualification processes, and fleet safety systems.

Skeeter leads all fleet consulting engagements — including DOT compliance audits, driver file reviews, pre-trip inspection system development, and fleet cost efficiency analysis for logistics and transportation clients.
